I enjoy talking with and helping photographers and creatives with various problems that they may encounter with Profitable Website Management. I spend my time working with my clients, writing a monthly column, blogging, and being a father/husband and I have to prioritize my work accordingly. However, I am available from time to time to assist on a very limited basis with the following services.
Website Critique
If you have never had a professional website critique before, then this ONE-hour high value session is the perfect place to get started. I will provide an assessment of your website and then follow up with a written executive summary and anywhere from 10 to 50 actionable steps for immediate improvement. The cost of this one-time service is $200 and is available on a limited basis. Please follow the Getting Started link to make an inquiry or to send your payment. (Note: there is no phone time for this service outside of the free 30-minute consultation.)
Project Assistance, Deal Negotiation or Private Coaching Session
The cost of this one-time service is $300 and is available to assist you in negotiating fair terms and prices with designers, developers, agencies and Web host providers for your project, proposal reviews, code reviews, or as a private 1-on-1 coaching session. You will decide in advance on what the one-time fee will cover. The session will be primarily by phone (for negotating or coaching session) or additionaly via email if you would like any plans, designs, or code to be reviewed. I am confident that the cost of this service will help you negotiate better terms, reduce costs or generally set a more favorable direction for your project or I will refund you the full amount.
Profitable Website Management Club
This is a year round service that gives you the same benefits as above but spread throughout the year with more frequency. Clients can benefit by having access to me via private IM, email, and phone. Typically this is a great value during a year which you are redesigning a website and want to accelerate the learning curve, and could use assistance with sourcing talent, negotating with multiple vendors, project planning and assessments or with organic search engine optimization. With 15 1-hour sessions you can schedule your time as close together or as far in advance as you want. After an initial consultation I will outline the next steps and will develop a personalized plan for Profitable Website Management that will help you achive your business goals. Membership starts at $2500 and must be used within 1 year from the date purchased.
